Solve today's problems.
Build tomorrow's problem solvers.
I help organisations turn complex business challenges into practical, sustainable results — while building the capability to solve problems better in the future.
Let's talkPractical experience. Business focus. Sustainable change.
I'm Jeanette, a finance and transformation leader with more than 30 years of corporate experience.
My work has spanned finance operations, transformation, Lean and problem solving, leadership development and early career talent programmes.
I bring these disciplines together to help organisations address real business problems — not simply deliver another initiative or training programme.
The aim is straightforward: solve the problem, improve the way of working, and leave people more capable than when we started.
Three connected areas of capability.
Organisations rarely have isolated problems. Business performance, ways of working and people's capability are usually connected.
Business Problem Solving
Facilitate teams to understand problems, identify root causes, test countermeasures and translate improvement opportunities into practical action.
Capability Development
Build the skills, confidence and practical experience people need to solve problems, lead change and improve performance themselves.
Transformation & Ways of Working
Help organisations create the operating rhythms, standard work, ownership and behaviours needed to make transformation stick.
When the symptoms keep coming back.
I work with organisations where the issue is bigger than a single process, project or training need.
Cross-functional processes are creating cost, delay or quality problems.
Teams are treating symptoms rather than addressing root causes.
Continuous improvement activity is happening, but not consistently.
Transformation needs stronger operating rhythms, ownership and follow-through.
Leaders want people to become better problem solvers, not just receive training.
Talent programmes need to demonstrate meaningful business impact.
Simple enough to use. Rigorous enough to matter.
Every engagement is different, but the approach is consistent: understand the problem, focus the effort, solve it together, and build capability along the way.
Understand
Go to the problem, understand the current state and make the real issue visible.
Focus
Define the problem clearly and concentrate effort where it can make a meaningful difference.
Solve
Work with the people closest to the problem to identify, test and implement practical countermeasures.
Build
Transfer the capability, standardise what works and create the conditions for continued improvement.
